How much are you spending per month on your marketing?

And how many new patients are you getting each month from that spend?

It’s probably not what you expected you’d get, right? And, it’s probably not even close to what you were told you’d get by your marketing company. Am I right?

It’s okay….a lot of dentists find themselves in this situation. But, it’s 100% NOT okay to stay in this situation.

And this is where you have a decision to make….

You can continue down the same path….continuing to pay for overpriced marketing services….that under-deliver on results…..

Or you can make a decision to Expect More from Your Marketing….

Let me share a quick story with you….

Every week, I have the opportunity to talk to multiple dentists. Everyone’s situation is unique. But, there are common themes that run consistent throughout these conversations.

A lot of dentists I speak with are right in the middle of their career. They’ve been successful. They’ve built good practices. They provide fantastic care. But, they’re growth has stagnated. And worse yet….they’re actually seeing a decline now in their number of new patients…..and in their production.

This didn’t happen overnight of course. It’s been a slow decline. But, the trend is now undeniable. And the hope that it will suddenly turn around next month….well, that hope is now gone.

These dentists know they need to invest in marketing to attract new patients. The problem though is that they’re not getting the results they expected from that investment. The marketing companies they’re paying good money to for those new patients….simply are NOT delivering as promised.

One dentist I spoke with just this past week is spending more than $4,500 per month on his marketing through two different marketing companies. Now, for that level of spend, you would expect he was bringing in a decent number of new patients, right? No. Not even close. In fact, for that $4,500, he was bringing in an average of only 7-8 new patients per month!

And worse yet, he was completely locked into contracts with both of those companies. And told by one….that if he broke his contract….his website would cease to exist. He was terrified to leave. And stuck in a no-win situation. Simply hoping….just hoping….that next month….well, that it would be better.

Does this story sound at all familiar to you?

If so, let me say this as clearly as I possibly can:

This is where you have a decision to make….

You can continue down that same path….continuing to pay for overpriced marketing services….that under-deliver on results…..continuing to watch as your new patient numbers….and your production….steadily decline month after month….

Or you can make the decision to Expect More from Your Marketing….
